Pros

Good working environment, lot of work gets done, but still have time for some fun too. Lunch brought in usually once a week, fresh fruit to start the week always in the multiple break rooms. Activity areas too.

Cons

Don't have anything negative to say.

Good friendly environment. Good equipment to work (laptops, monitors etc). Helpdesk here is fast and the most responsive I have ever seen in the companies. Modern communication tools to use like Slack, G Suite from Google. Competitive market compensation. Covered parking garage. They are about to make a renovation in the office. Company is growing.

Cons

Expensive health insurance for family which is quite ironical because this company in healthcare business. Bonuses are also not the best on the market.
