      Pros

      I can't say there where any besides the pay.

      Cons

      They do not deliver what was promised. Expectations were unclear. Would go weeks if not months without hearing from manager. Very isolating.

      Pros

      - The talent in the technology team is amazing. I wish I began my career at a place like this. - The VPs and directors are all amazing people that really care about their employees - Lot of continuous learning opportunities and helpful co-workers -Work from home available, lots of free lunch and fruits

      Cons

      -I wish the Health insurance was not so expensive ($1000/month) per family of 3!! -401K is not vested for two years

      Company is eagerly taking on complex challenges in healthcare with positive leadership that’s equipped to make this organization a true disrupter People are great to work with, open doors for leaders is the norm Strong Technology team that is working on a myriad of products Impressive growth in employee engagement and evident desire from new CEO to make this a great space to share, proposing all-new facilities both in Dallas and South Dakota

      With rapid growth comes growing pains. However, this is a great place to grow.
