Pros

Being able to help patients that WANT and need help.

Cons

This company is a scam. They force seniors or those with disabilities to have a home visit. Patient complain that they are harassed and bullied into a visit. Nonstop calls to patients. Schedulers do not care, managers do not care, leaders do not care.

Pros

There is a true mission to improve access to and quality of care. It is not "Let's make a lot of money and maybe help out people along the way". You truly feel like you are a part of something special.

Cons

All corporate operations are moving to Dallas, though this is not all bad.
