      The people I worked with in the call center were mostly awesome to work with.

      Cons

      The management team is HORRIBLE and the turnover is even worse. I don't know how they live with themselves.

      Pros

      Great company culture, intelligent co-workers, again - intelligent co-workers, plenty of knowledge sharing between teams, company outings, lunch & learns, bfast on Friday, flexible schedule.

      Cons

      1. Healthcare for a family is expensive. Its gotten better but is easily the cost of what you might pay if you bought private coverage. When I first joined, coverage was nearly 3x as much as I've paid for family coverage anywhere else I've worked. Now, it's just under double.

      Work from home. Independent. Good case load. Supportive direct manager.

      Cons

      We were all just told before the holidays that the company lost the contract- and they will not have further information till 12/20/2018. We are all out of job.
