Pros
- Show your face on meetings and say the words "circle back" and you can get by for a solid year without delivering anything. - Most people are nice - They do a lot of community service events
Cons
Leadership has no clue what theyre doing; from defining products to the way they treat employees. This is the reason a "pro" is that you can get by without doing work; because there really isn't work to do. A lot of random fire drills though. Youll be working evenings and weekends when those occur. HR does their best to help you through situations but theyre more of a therapy department as you'll be listened to but no solutions will ever be implemented. The turnover rate is also very high. Ask whoever you interview with to clarify company turnover and your team turnover to get insight into your situation. Leadership is more concerned about acquiring new companies that they neglect the issues of the ones they have absorbed.
