Old management was great to work with. Flexible work hours

Cons

Pay isn’t great. They want production robots and hard work and improvement doesn’t matter. Not listened to when in a toxic group setting and being bullied and asked to leave that group. Let go after only a verbal warning.

Destruction in the coding department

Pros

All of our pros are gone. We had a pleasant place to work. Pay wasn’t great but overtime was available. No longer.

Cons

Long-standing managers left after toxic work environment introduced and many staff have followed. No opportunity for advancement. Pay increase discussed and put off for so long people just found other jobs. Exit interview was not even offered for my feedback.

Slowly falling apart...

Competitive salaries. WFH still remains for many departments. Stock RSUs for skilled employees.

Cons

The company is slowly falling apart. There is no such thing as "culture" anymore. People just do what the boss says and get a paycheck.
