Going downhill very fast

Pros

I've made some very good friends working here. Most of my coworkers were amazing. The company's mission is fulfilling.

Cons

This place is constantly reorganizing and laying people off. The morale is low and there's no feeling like the company is being successful. Their stock has done nothing but drop and they scramble haphazardly with their decisions. Businesses today have to make quick changes, but they are just taking random guesses about how to survive.

Money can be good sometimes during the year

Cons

No respect for employees, no value for employees, it’s all about numbers. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Allows management to disrespect and sexual harass employees without repercussions to management.
