      - Growing company - Some good people

      Cons

      - Signify will pay you as little as they possibly can (meanwhile, execs and their friends make way too much) - Nobody communicates, teams hate each other - Pretty bad health, dental, vision benefits - The only positive thing about Signify is the growth, and the employees don’t even benefit from that. All the bonuses go to execs while everyone else works their butts off

      -Diverse cultures -Great benefits -Welcoming/ positive coworkers and atmosphere -Progressive culture, Management/ Leader role pushes you to perform your best and creates goals for the company to maintain -Great company for possible growth and experience -Off weekends -Bonuses every month -work from home -Offers many organizations to be apart of, which is a great opportunity to connect with others outside of your department

      -manages many calls throughout the day -may deal with upset members, but the an important aspect to remember is to maintain being patient, empathetic, helpful, having self-control, and descriptive of our goal and mission Signify aims to provide for members. - If you do that you will absolutely enjoy working everyday!!
