      Good pay. Strong balance sheet. Relatively modern company.

      Cons

      Highly disorganized. Communication is bad. Processes are not documented, you must figure them out by trial and error.

      Gotta be tough as nails, literally

      Pros

      The company pays out decent amounts of OT, and the bonuses can be great if your a great at selling water to a fish. Must be GREAT at sales and be able to take verbal abuse constantly for the people your calling. They are great at working with your life needs, flex a shift so you can the kids to school or go to an apt.

      Cons

      The people you call are extremely Nasty, so verbally abusive and there’s nothing you can say or do about. Not for someone that has a history of mental abuse or mental health problems like anxiety or depression. I put in my 2 wk notice and they made it effective immediately.

      Genuine focus on results and making an impact

      Pros

      This is a company with a genuine mission to impact care delivery and quality of life for patients in a positive and transformative way. Leadership is focused on driving real results and holding people accountable to that. There is a lot is transparency around goals and priorities, and the culture focuses heavily on communication and breaking down silos. So far, I've worked with some of the smartest and most passionate people in healthcare here. Great place to work!

      Cons

      None so far. Management has acknowledged where it needs to do better and has been making progress showing improvements in those areas.
