Pros

The commission for completed appointments is pretty good and they do give good health insurance.

Cons

They expect you to schedule four appointments per hour and if you can't at least get the average, they micromanage like crazy. I don't think they even consider that over half of the calls go to voicemail or are to members that aren't interested. And when you do get one that's not interested, they make you rebuttal twice. That just makes the members angry. I understand trying once, but more than that's a little much. They seriously need to overhaul their practices and maybe try being honest about what the job actually is when they hire people.
