Great atmosphere, great people, and great potential! The company continues to grow at a fast pace and the individuals who have been brought onboard continue to be of the highest quality. I'm glad to be working among such a high caliber of individuals and I'm very excited to see where we continue to go.

Cons

Growing pains of any new company. However, processes are continuously being honed as the company finds its identity. Leadership is always open to change.

Pros

I've been at Signifyd for 4 months now. Everyday I wake up, I am excited to go to work as I enjoy the projects I work on, people I work with, and advice from my boss. I have grown so much already. Love being a problem solver here. Although new I have been given the opportunity to take on responsibility and freely voice my opinion. I also love the product that we sell as there is a real need for our solution.

Cons

Similar to any startup there can be growing pains at times, but we always find a way to problem solve!

Top management does not really trust their people and tend to micro-manage them.
