Pros

Access to executive leadership - everyone at Signifyd is generous with their time and happy to offer insight and guidance, including those in Executive, SVP, Director and Managing Director etc. roles. As a result, the learning and development opportunities are fantastic. Excellent client list - I'm doing the most enjoyable work I've ever done, with some of the most well-known global brands. Great work environment, including good, talented people, generous annual leave, free food, drinks and snacks, top of the range equipment, free social events, and flexible working.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to get a meeting room but I know we're working on that by expanding the office.

Pros

The new Belfast office is full of motivated, talented and genuinely lovely people! We get amazing benefits and there are lots of initiatives and social activities run throughout the year. There is no micro-management, there is a mature and trustworthy environment and feel happy coming into work everyday!

Cons

Probably not the right company for those who need their hand-held and don't enjoy a start-up environment

The best employer I have ever had!

Pros

Encourage a good work/life balance. Private Health, Dental and Optical. Great pension plan. Flexible working. Free lunch everyday. Travel contributions.

Cons

None that spring to mind, some may say having to sync up with those in our office in San Jose and and working a little later in the evening, but again this can be done in the comfort of own home!
