I have worked at Signifyd for over two years now and I couldn't be happier. I've always felt supported by my direct manager and other leaders in the company. The culture here is incredible. I've had the pleasure of working with so many down-to-earth and passionate people here at Signifyd!

Pros

- CEO is humble, thoughtful, brilliant and kind - Other execs are approachable, motivated and hungry for us to succeed - We are doing extremely well as a business and it's exciting to be on a winning team - Management puts a ton of trust in us and allows a lot of flexibility

Cons

We are busy and we all work very hard. We run lean as a company, generally. That's not necessarily a negative, especially for people that are invested in the company's long term success, but is something people should be aware of when they come in. This is not a place you can come in and just coast.

-Colleagues are friendly and bright -Management is empathetic and helpful -Market-leading solution and services -Good tools and resources for doing your job

Cons

-As a start-up/scale-up you won't receive many leads on the sales team. Need to generate your own book of business for the majority of your sales in order to hit quota goals. That being said, this was articulated by 3 people during the hiring process and that's what you sign up for.
