Coworkers are normally great but it starts to get very hard once you get management involved

Cons

Extreme stress due to the dying company. Poop rolls downhill and managers are passing the stress on to their employees to make themselves look good to avoid getting laid off as the company is on its 4th round of lay offs in a year
