      Pros

      Silfex has been an amazing place to work. This is the first time I’ve managed to find a job in manufacturing that genuinely seems interested in giving workers a leg up and opportunity to excel.

      Cons

      This is a young company that is still learning to navigate the waters with big players. Their expansion is a learning process for everyone.

      2-2-3 shift giving you half of the year off Significant bonus Opportunities for upward mobility

      Cons

      Company appears inexperienced at times regarding projections Toxicity at high level positions is openly conveyed to workers on the floor leaving an environment of mistrust Pressure to perform from high level positions leads to mistakes on the floor, and a revolving door for base management.
