Cons
Don't expect your pay to increase from your starting pay much or anytime soon. They will tend to ignore your obvious complaints about working issues and then loose it when things aren't going right even if you've informed them multiple times exactly what the issues are. Expect to do 10x more than what your job title and pay reflects.
