The people as in fellow coworkers were great and fun to work with Pretty laid back easy work Hours were great due to the different shifts you could work

Cons

Pay was extremely low Upper management said one thing and did something totally different. Very unprofessional especially HR they didn't care about the workers and expected you to do their work for them. Communication extremely poor (ex. one day all was fine next day your getting laid off due to the plant is closing without any warning.)
