Cons

Management is running the facility in to the ground. Trying to change anything and every thing other than pay so they continuously get the bottom of the barrel quality wise for candidates who disappear after a week or the after seeing the nonsense with environment/expectations for that amount of compensation.

Co-Workers can be good people to work with.

Cons

Leadership Level are all toxic- even speak badly about each other. Leadership in differing functions not aligned- creating many issues in levels below. Treat employees like cogs in a wheel- as costs and not as a benefit for company.
