Pros

Silver Air has a strong collaborative culture where people are always willing to help. The company provides great resources, solid benefits, and a clear path for growth. It’s a growing company with a lot of exciting things in the pipeline. A great place to be if you want to grow with it and gain exposure to many different aspects of Aviation.

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.

Silver Air Private Jets Response

Thank you for sharing your experience and for acknowledging the team environment we worked hard to build. That culture matters to us, and we're glad it left an impression. You're right that Silver Air has undergone significant change over the past few years. Operating in Part 135 private aviation means we have to continuously evolve - around safety, operations, client expectations, and long-term stability. Some of those adjustments have been significant, and we understand that change isn't always easy, especially for those who lived through it. What we can share is that the changes made over the past 18 months have been intentional. We've invested in leadership, safety, hospitality, and business development - with senior promotions and strategic hires across the organization. Pilot retention has remained strong, including 0% involuntary pilot turnover during this period, which we're proud of and don't take for granted. We're building something we believe in - a culture that's accountable, service-driven, and built to last. We're always open to direct feedback, and if you'd ever like to connect, we encourage you to reach out through silverair.com. Wishing you the best in what's next.

Pros

There are few businesses in this world that cater to high wealth and celebrity clientele. These clients expect, and pay for, services to be delivered in a highly professional and organized manner. Having now acted as a pilot with several private jet charter companies, I can say, without hesitation, that from the top to the bottom, the personnel at Silver Air Private Jets are dedicated, enthusiastic, smart, and organized… all with the focus of delivering the finest of quality and safe jet transportation to the client. It is a pleasure and privilege to continue my flying career with this organization.
