Pros

Coworkers are friendly and nice, real relaxed atmosphere and I'd be hard-pressed to find someone who would show they dislike me to my face. Most are professional and civil.

Cons

Rude customers, and management will cut your hours the second they notice you're struggling with illnesses out of your control (flu, COVID, etc.) Then turn around and say they need you to stay for the busy season, despite giving you barely any hours, and the ones you DO get are either weekends where you get abused by the customers or weekdays that are so slow it's a trial to stay awake.
