The management and upper-level supervisors treat you with respect and as part of the family.

Cons

As a manager, you will work very long hours (10+) without getting a proper break.

Pros

The people you work with are always the best you’ll find at a restaurant! The hours tend to be quite easy, and the money is good if you’re at the right location like glenarden

Cons

The management is HORRIBLE. They only care about themselves and not a lick about the employees. They also promote people who don’t deserve it all the time. The guests are entitled and tend to be very broke and rude. They’re only good for learning how to be a server. Once you become a pro, GET OUTTA THERE.
