Pros

I started off as a host, became a server, supervisor and now I'm a manager. This company gives you so many opportunities for growth! Every year they open up one or two new restaurants providing so many families with jobs. They give back to the community and all the food is fresh and local!

Cons

Sometimes you work 55, hours a week. You'll spend more time at work then with your family
