Pros

50% off food Flexible hours Fast cash when you are a waiter Can get promoted

Cons

No breaks Rude customers Rude 3rd party delivery drivers Slave away for a corporate that doesn’t care about you They say there is PTO but its not true Force you to take exams every few months about menu. Don’t pay you or reward for using your own time off to study for it. “It’s your word over managements word” is what you are told when you complain about management.

Cons

No auto tip when the guest is more that 6 people, which if that party decide not to tip you, you pretty much work for free.
