Pros
My coworkers were so warm and friendly, despite me being undeniably shy and reserved. Managers and supervisors were very understanding of personal issues, and even offered advice and the option to talk with them if anything was wrong. I was super impressed with how wonderful management was for the majority of my time working here. Staff definitely made work a lot more fun. Food's great too!
Cons
As it is with restaurants, nobody gets a break, ever. Some managers definitely showed favoritism. It can be very difficult as a host to get your shifts covered since they don't hire as many in comparison to servers. Also our specific restaurant was in dire need of some sort of remodeling, the poor guests who were waiting upwards of 30-40 minutes had to be cramped in our very, very tiny lobby. Guests were often shoulder to shoulder during peak times. In the winter, the door opening would let in freezing cold temperatures that made everyone uncomfortable, especially the hosts who have to deal with that all day. Sometimes if the line is very long the guests have to wait outside in the cold.
