Pros

Benefits for full time staff are pretty good and the on shift meal plan is an added plus as well.

Cons

Schedule and corporate office involvement, the corporate team loves to preach work balance until it suits them to go against their word, which happens frequently.

Pros

50% off food, free biscuits, nothing much else. This place sucks swamp butt like nothin else management hides in the back

Cons

Low quality guests, they give 110s like it's candy and then you have to accommodate the crazies, your schedule; if you're late you get written up but they never cut you so there are 15 waiters on the floor and you don't make any money, every employee thinks their management and feels the need to tell everyone how to do their job, the uniform has a sock check, you literally have to lift your pants to show management your socks, white only, don't try to wear off white you will get sent home! Everyone manages to look busy but no one is actually working on the details like getting coffee made or having the soda hooked up, nobody speaks English so communication is not possible, no breaks, even with a 12 hour or double shift,

Pros

Really great managers who are personable and friendly, food was delicious and you got a 15% off discount. Our training program was extensive so i felt prepared to work.

Cons

Uniform is a bit old school with the checkered apron, kitchen wasn't always staffed sufficiently, and the company had some weird script we had to stick to when talk about the food. The worse thing was probably how often customers modified their orders, you literally had to modify everything yet still get people their food in 15 minutes or less.
