Pros

The most supportive and encouraging environment I’ve ever worked in. Management really works quickly and efficiently with any concerns or needs. The staff is really a pleasure to work with. They work very hard to keep you up to date with skin care knowledge and products.

Cons

There aren’t really any cons. I fully believe that this is a great opportunity with work with this company.

Silver Mirror is a great place to learn and grow, I started as a licensed esthe but performing Front Desk for a couple months, helped with the opening of another location in Miami and decided to perform as an Esthetician , they value your knowledge and your skills prioritizing monthly education to keep you fresh and sharp, as well as product training. You feel genuinely appreciated by a small family.
