Job was easy, I actually enjoyed it. But I'm a person where you tell me the task and I get to it. When in Fulfillment they never let you "get to it" you move to a spot for 20 minutes then they move you to a different area, then they complain your not up to status.

Cons

Where to begin....hmmm. Revolving door company, management doesn't listen to feedback. Employees are left feeling frustrated, and unappreciated. When you do meet company goals...you get a pizza party...

Thank you for your feedback! We have recently met with a number of employees via various employee focus groups. As a direct response to those focus groups, we have formed an Employee Action Committee to assist in implementing new programs and policies. We were certified as a Great Place to Work in 2023 and we are committed to improving as part of our 2024 Great Place to Work initiative.

Most employees are nice to your face.

Cons

Management doesn't know how to manage people. Management does not consider insight from employee's. Team building won't even help anymore.
