Pros

I can't think of any pros of working here.

Cons

Low pay, HR Team and culture are the worst I've seen.

Pros

Some of your co workers are really nice. Benefit packages is a little pricey but ok.

Cons

Management is rarely around. Pay not per performance, with Covid they had to up the base pay to more than the current long term employees 6 years+ were making. So now long term employees who are cross trained all over are only making a buck more than a new person. Work load expectation during fall peak is crazy, 55+ hours mandatory (6 days) Your input is taken for improvements however don't expect anything to change. HR department doesn't help anything.

Pros

Flexible hours, merchandise perks, appreciation lunches or treats, no micro management, Good pay, Clean. Your boss knows you as a person and treats you as such.

Cons

I think that I have had a different boss every year. That is a pro and a con.
