Pros

This is the first company I have ever worked for that everyone truly behaves as though we are a whole team. From fellow reps all the way up the ladder. Everyone I have dealt with truly cares about helping you do the best you can. Customer Service is a stressful job, but everyone here does all they can to make sure you have the support you need to not get burnt out. Getting this job is probably the best career decision I have ever made!

Cons

I can’t really think of any.

Pros

Internal promotions Annual raises Caring and supportive management Work from home Work/life balance Career development Fantastic benefits Small work groups with amazing manager to employee communication Appropriate work loads (they don’t burn you out or over work you)

Cons

Pay is probably $1-$2 less per hour than other comparable jobs, however I feel the atmosphere makes up for this.
