Excellent work environment, room to grow, abundant overtime

Cons

Bi-weekly pay!!!! Surprisingly no option for remote work, even a day or so per week that would save time and money for commuters.

Inside and a/c. Different culture and nice change from dealers or auto retail.

Cons

There is 0 consistency with management. In all ways. Ideas that you come up with and are implemented are never given credit back to you. Most leaders are millenials and are oppertunist. Regardless of what they say you are just a number.

Tons of opportunity to grow with the company. Ability to problem solve complicated customer problems. Open and collaborative culture: not even senior leadership have offices. Every one is approachable. Honest feedback comes from all directions. Fast-paced environment.

Cons

Buckle-up because things change quickly and often. But if you keep an open mind and be adaptable, you'll be fine!
