Excellent work environment, room to grow, abundant overtime

Cons

Bi-weekly pay!!!! Surprisingly no option for remote work, even a day or so per week that would save time and money for commuters.

Tons of opportunity to grow with the company. Ability to problem solve complicated customer problems. Open and collaborative culture: not even senior leadership have offices. Every one is approachable. Honest feedback comes from all directions. Fast-paced environment.

Cons

Buckle-up because things change quickly and often. But if you keep an open mind and be adaptable, you'll be fine!

This is a place where employees matter and drive change. I have never worked for a place that was so involved with individual growth and development. They are not focused on paying employees a bonus but rather focus on customer experience.

Cons

I do not have any cons. I started my employment at ground level and have worked my way into management.
