Management is open to criticism and new ideas. No micro-managing. Allowed to work from home during COVID. All the overtime you could want.

Cons

Large learning curve in early career. Policies change a lot as the companies we service adapt.

Pros

The atmosphere is fantastic and they pay well. The training management are great and genuinely care about their job.

Cons

Senior management has completely changed the entire operation from a year ago when I started, it is not the same SilverRock and this caused me to leave. Turnover is very high.
