Pros

I had high hopes joining SilverTech. The interviews were conducted well and in a timely manner. Made me feel like I was part of a well organized organization.

Cons

The organization that was part of the interview process evaporated in the first few days. SilverTech hires a lot of people from their competitors, the end result is a group of people that are working together however collectively not organized. In other words a total mess. There is no accountability and responsibility for peoples actions. I hated going to work so I left. Working in the Boston tech corridor now.

There are some intelligent and amazing people who want to make SilverTech a better place.

Cons

Company rejects positive change and is stagnant. CEO is a poor planner who only cares about himself and needs to re-evaluate his company and priorities.

Pros

Nice people (to your face at least), nice building, laid back culture when the financial picture is good. Free parking. Seems like a great place to work from the outside.

Cons

Projets are not innovative, processes and systems outdated and managed by people who don't use them. Feels like the company's outside image is totally different than what the company that really is and employees are labelled as troublemakers when they bring that up.
