Our leadership team is one of a kind—compassionate, understanding, and always encouraging. The company’s motto, LOVE > FEAR, has genuinely changed my life and inspired those around me. We care deeply for our residents and for each other, creating a true culture of friendship, purpose, and love.

Pros

Silverado is a great company to work for, that leads with Love is Greater than Fear. At Silverado I feel that I have the opportunity to make a difference each day. I feel truly supported by my Regional Vice President, and anytime I need help Home Office is quick to answer back. Anyone looking for a positive company to work for that strives to make a difference in the lives of those living with Dementia - please apply to Silverado.

Healthcare can be challenging in general, but I feel that I have the tools and resources to be successful.
