Given that the pro wasn't kind, I will state the obvious: NO TEAM COMMERADERIE. There are no policies in place, outta town management (OH & FL, VZ), is based in fear & they don't care about their employees. All you are is a warm body that either makes food or runs it to movie guests. Their food cost is off the charts w/little to no team management or guidelines to follow. They can't even seem to figure out a policy to finish nightly dishes. OH WAIT, WHO KNEW A POLICY NEEDED TO BE CREATED FOR FINISHING/LEAVING THE DISH ROOM CLEAN? THIS IS ONLY THE START OF WHAT YOU WILL SEE.
