Pros are the free drinks and popcorn , 50% off on food and 4 free tickets a month as well as being able to sit in on movies in between waiting to clean other theaters .
Cons
Cons .. the management I was originally supposed to work here on a Tuesday for my first day but I started on a Friday the previous week because they needed help for the weekend . I agreed for Friday and Saturday of that week which were the most busiest days but I told them I couldn’t from 6-1 and I couldn’t work sundays . I asked for part time as well and that’s what I thought I’d be offered because upon my requests they agreed to hire me . I was thrown on the floor and didn’t know what my set schedule or time was , had never got a change to have a conversation with my manager (always busy or leaving without speaking to me ) , was scheduled a Sunday and told that I was told weekends are mandatory which was never told to me and when I let the hr lady Tiffany reeves know , she tried to send a email and message saying that she did and I was just misunderstood when she knew she didn’t . She should be fired just her , she runs hr very unorganized and unprofessional all by herself with no ability to take accountability for her actions . In that first week after working the hours that I didn’t know I had .. I was told I wasn’t even in the system so at this point I was concerned and angry . Told I had to come back to get put in the system to find out I was in the system and then told I wasn’t on the schedule . They aren’t very apologetic , they always feel they have done absolutely nothing wrong and I see why so many staff members have quit including a manager , recruiter and several foodservice , bartender and housekeeper employees . Fire everyone and start over but start with HR , we do not ! Need that type of person running hr and handling anyones money silverspot has gone down hill .
