This was a very toxic work environment. The responsibilities were unatainable with the amount of management. You are always held accountable for the actions of the employees but the lack of management restrics you from being able to manage properly. The owners of the company make hasty decisions and change their minds on a constant basis. Communication between the corporate company and the individual theatres on any issue ranging but not limited to IT issues to promotional offers not being communicated until last minute.
