      Pros

      The managers are caring, very no nonsense but not to any extremes. Some really good people work here, and the pay is better than most places. You can work temporarily (short term) and they'll welcome you warmly.

      Cons

      Little or no opportunity of full time, coworkers care more about the latest gossip than anything else, and there seems to be favoritism. Plus, lots of heavy lifting when it comes to stock, and little time to do it.

      There's a lot of down time compared to most restuarants and bars.

      There isn't much structure within the restuarant. Makes things harder during busy times.
