      Free movies as an employee

      Ownership and upper management do not care about the people that work for them. They do not understand how to run the food & beverage aspect of a business, and have high turnover because of low moral — both store management and hourly staff. Their training is a joke.

      This was a very toxic work environment. The responsibilities were unatainable with the amount of management. You are always held accountable for the actions of the employees but the lack of management restrics you from being able to manage properly. The owners of the company make hasty decisions and change their minds on a constant basis. Communication between the corporate company and the individual theatres on any issue ranging but not limited to IT issues to promotional offers not being communicated until last minute.

      Mangers have no clue what they’re doing No room for advancement in the company Can be very slow and not busy at times and when making tips this isn’t good
