At Simmons, the associates are friendly and the leadership team is progressive. The atmosphere is creative and fast-paced. Overall, it's a fun place to work! I especially appreciate the open door environment and the commitment to teamwork. Simmons has a strong and vibrant culture – the associates are passionate, talented and customer focused. In fact, our #1 focus is making our customers happy. We are growing and it's exciting to be a part of a successful company. And did I mention our stock is awesome?

Cons

Slightly short-handed - we need more people to help deliver excellence in customer service. We are growing and this is a short-term issue.

Pay- but this was pay from a merger, so I was making this before Simmons Bank took over.

Cons

They only care about the bottom line- no concern for employees or customers alike. All they want to do is grow their outstandings and not take the time to nurture and retain the customers they already have.
