      Coworkers were nice and the job was easy.

      Micromanagement is rewarded. Compensation is awful. Benefits are just as bad. Are you looking for an employer to make your next job look like a dream? Simmons is for you. Was there for nearly a decade before I wised up. There's good reason that they have the reputation that they do among other banks.
