      Pros

      Growth opportunities are continuous as well as learning tools being directed to you. The pay is good even for lower positions.

      Cons

      The stress level will always be medium to high almost everyday. When coming in without banking experience, you have to do a lot of your learning on your own and "as you go", which isn't beneficial in the banking world. There is no room for error when working at a bank, therefore learning should be very specific and hands on and is not.
