Pros

Care about the employees and employee development. Good work/life balance. Local leadership is good. Community Bank feel with the tools to serve larger businesses

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Outgrown the support retail and commercial staff needs. Systems are continuously down. Communication between departments is very poor

Pros

Bank Holidays off, good 401k match and benefits, stock purchase plan, and onsite gym and cafeteria if you are at the LR HQ

Cons

Overall pay is below market level for most non-commission based positions. Little internal promotion within certain groups. Old-school bank model with not a lot of effort modernize the work environment and production environment. No good remote work plicy.
