I can NOT find ANY pros to write about this company. From HR down, this company has been a major let down.

Cons

It would take days to list all of the cons of working at this company. Started out great, but slowly dwindled to the point of not even wanting to go to work. Worst place I've worked in the last 15 years.

Most of the plant locations are in Northwest Arkansas area, which is not a bad place to live.

Cons

Rampant cronyism, if you were part of the "group", you were in good shape for advancement and opportunities.
