Pros

The benefits are great. The pay is good. The work is decent, not too hard but not easy. Great healthcare.

Cons

Long hours is the main con. The only other con is the cold. It can get extremely cold inside the plant.

Pros

People in other departments were quick to help you in a jam. Upper Management were well suited for their jobs. They had a level of professionalism that was easily recognizable through the respect they gave their employees.

Cons

Some supervisors need to have better communication skills along with a better level of professionalism. It would have been nice to see some more recognition to the ones who worked hard, mainly from the supervisors. Maintenance is a high demanding position with above average level of stress.
