The benefits are great. The pay is good. The work is decent, not too hard but not easy. Great healthcare.

Cons

Long hours is the main con. The only other con is the cold. It can get extremely cold inside the plant.

Good place to move up if you work for it, even if you don't have a degree. Decent pay for salary members, and free chicken at times. Health benefits are good.

Cons

Co-workers act like high schoolers, they talk about you behind your back but wont man up and talk to you about it. Vacation accumulation is a joke. After work for 15 years, you finally get 4 weeks of vacation.
