Pros

The Simmons family are the best owners that any company can ever have. Down to earth and caring leaders that really want the best for their people.

Cons

At the plant level some folks do not share the same quality and views than the owners. The local management abuse their power more often than not. The click has so much pull that the people promoted to management do not have the academic preparation or the experience to lead properly.

Pros

The pay is not bad, you can easily get some overtime, and they have pretty good benefits. I believe you get paid holidays as soon as you get hired on you don't have to wait for the 90 days anymore .

Cons

They randomly drug test the same people all the time. If you have a scale in a different position and they are shorthanded in that position they will require you to work there, they can never seem to keep backups because people quit all the time.
