Pros

Set work schedule, benifits, vacation, paid holidays, never work thanksgiving or christmas, weekly pay checks.

Cons

Long hours, heavy lifting, hot environments, dead end job unless you know someone in the home office.

Pros

I can NOT find ANY pros to write about this company. From HR down, this company has been a major let down.

Cons

It would take days to list all of the cons of working at this company. Started out great, but slowly dwindled to the point of not even wanting to go to work. Worst place I've worked in the last 15 years.

Pros

The schedule is consistent making it easy to schedule around. The pay is competitive for the region. Medical/Dental/Eyecare 401k 80 hours paid vacation after one year, 120 hours after four years, 160 hours after 8 years, and 200 hours after 12 years.

Cons

The time clock rules would not let you clock in more than seven minutes before shift start, and would count you as late (1/2 point) if you clock in one minute late. At least 30% of the workforce was made up of temporary employees, with little chance of permanent employment. Random drug screening.
