The employers don't have they stuff together most of HR is dating someone of the floor. Lots of drama if you tell her about something they will laugh at you and not take you seriously. People yelling at people and nothing being done they say that they investigate and don't do nothing about anything this place needs to be investigated.

Company is working toward pay for performance to elevate all team members inventiveness, only recently began program with salaried employees. Performance goals set by management, no discussion about specific job related skills or objectives. How well you performed the task of job description is not discussed or evaluated.
