The people there were mostly really nice, I learned a lot of important things there

Cons

The workplace is very sexist, I always felt as if my opinion didn't matter because I'm a woman. Also, if you're one of the supervisor's pets, you can get away with almost anything. If you're not, toeing the line would be a wise choice

This is the first company I've ever worked for that I feel that I owe it more than it owes me. A truly awesome company.

Cons

It's a poultry company which isn't very glamorous, if you can past that why then no problems working here.

Worked with some outstanding employees; compensation at my level was average.

Cons

The culture at the corporate office was totally different than the plants. Policies and procedures seemed to change on a whim. Lots of overtime for hourly and salaried employees.
